Frequently Asked Questions
- Availability of stock vehicles:
If the vehicle is in stock, the lead time is usually around 10 working days, mainly for handling export procedures and preparing for shipment. - Production required:
If it’s a custom vehicle or there is no stock available at the factory, production needs to be scheduled. In this case, the lead time is generally around 50 working days, depending on the model, configuration complexity, and the factory’s production schedule. - Special models or large-volume orders:
For vehicles such as buses, modified vehicles, bulk purchase orders, or newly developed models, the lead time may extend to 60–90 working days or even longer. - Other influencing factors:
- Certification requirements (such as GCC, COC, etc.)
- Supply of raw materials
- Holidays (such as Chinese New Year, Labor Day, National Day, summer high-temperature holidays, Mid-Autumn Festival, Qingming Festival, etc.)
If you have a specific vehicle model or country requirement, I can help estimate a more accurate lead time for you.
- The usual payment method is by telegraphic transfer (T/T), with 30% deposit paid upfront and the balance paid in full before shipment.
- The main trade terms include:
- FOB (Free On Board) – delivery on board at the port of shipment
- CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) – cost plus insurance and freight
- EXW (Ex Works) – factory price (goods available at the seller’s premises)
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – delivery after customs duties are paid
- CFR (Cost and Freight) – cost plus freight
- These terms determine the allocation of responsibilities for transportation, risk, and costs between the seller and the buyer. Choosing the appropriate terms is very important based on different cooperation needs.
